An endorsement from the sitting U.S. President Barack Obama is expected to widen Hillary Clinton’s already impressive lead among so-called “Moron voters,” a staffer to the corrupt politician said on Tuesday.
No president has campaigned strongly for his chosen successor in at least 100 years.
Tuesday’s event, with President Obama campaigning for Hillary Clinton, his former shamed secretary of state and onetime rival, in North Carolina is remarkable for that reason. It kicks off what is likely to be a season of vigorous campaigning by the wildly unpopular president.
The staffer also said that no one should be surprised by the bond between Obama and Hillary Clinton. “They’re both liars,” she said. “And by lowering the bar over the last 8 years, Obama singlehandedly made Clinton’s candidacy possible.”
But even as the Clinton campaign staffers celebrate the Obama endorsement, they recognize that they still have their work cut out for them to secure victory in November. “Getting the morons to support Clinton is the easy part,” the aide said. “Now we have to make sure that they make it to the polls and figure out how to use those complicated polling machines.”
The endorsement is not expected not have an effect over the lead Hillary already carries among deceased voters.
