Trenton, NJ, United States (4E) – Teresa Giudice might go back to jail after violating her probation because she failed to report about her recent run-ins with the law.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” served almost a year in prison after pleading guilty to bankruptcy fraud. After spending time behind bars, she currently is on supervised release. As per supervised release conditions, she has to report to her probation officer whenever she has run-ins with the law in 72 hours. Accordingly, Giudice had two traffic violations and did not report any of those to her probation officer.

A federal court filing said she could be issued a violation petition if she does it a third time. In the filing, it also detailed the traffic violations Giudice committed. She was ticketed in Wayne last month after she was spotted talking on her cellphone while driving. In September, she was ticketed for making an illegal left turn in New York.

The attorney of Giudice, James Leonard Jr., said in a statement, “This was a simple miscommunication that will not reoccur.” The 44-year-old mother-of-four did not release a statement from herself.

Her husband, Joe, is currently in prison serving 41 months. He pleaded guilty to bank fraud and bankruptcy fraud. He also failed to pay around $200,000 in taxes.

The New Jersey court allowed the couple to serve sentences subsequently because of the fact that one has to be left with their four kids to parent them. They have four daughter together namely Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana.
